|Since we have been staying at our Resort parks, there are many, I have added a page where you can pick the park you want to see All Parks|
McCloud RV Park|
480 Highway 89
McCloud, CA 96057
Looking on the internet for a RV park for one night we found this one right off of hwy 89. It was empty, we were told when arriving that the previous owners had defaulted and the bank owned it now, a Management company took it over just the month before and has a bid on it. The park is large more for camping then RV's, they have a few pull through, they are tight to turn into. 50AMP service and full hook ups. We only used the electric as we were leaving the next morning. If you are camping to have fun in the area this would be a great one for your family if you just want one night in your RV this would work also. Keep in mind the park has limited sites for RV's over 34' this is not mentioned anywhere so during there tent and camping season you might not get in.
Cost was $36, the park is nicely maintained and the personal friendly. We would stay there again if the a pull thru was available. Be sure to ask.
****Parks we would stay
in again, large pull through, full hook ups,br> well maintained,
activities, 50/30 amps |
***Parks we would stay but do not have activities full hook ups 50/30 amps & or /have back ins only
**Parks that do not have pull-through (back in only),30 amps, traffic noise, railroad noise
(since Mike retired from the railroad this is the number one thing we do not need to hear )
*Would absolutely not go back
